westwood craftsman
My client had been searching for years to find the right property.
When they stepped into this beautiful 1916 craftsman on a tree-lined street west of the plaza, they knew they’d finally found their new home. Though a lot of the character had been drywalled over and painted white, the still house had its historic structure. We wanted to draw those historic roots back out—to let the home feel like itself again—without sacrificing livability or warmth - down to unearthing the original brick fireplace.
By the end, the house didn’t feel renovated so much as reawakened - connected to its past, and ready for its next chapter with a new family.
